Great food and service. Wonderfully clean bathrooms. I had the hot beef and it was quite amazing. I would recommend paying this place a visit the next time you are in this area.

This is a small cafe located within the gas station/truck stop in the small little town of Templeton. We did a tour of the Templeton Rye (TR) Distillery and needed some lunch before hitting the road. It is conveniently located nearby TR, you have to drive by it to get to TR (coming from the south). The waitress said they serve breakfast all the time and that it's a local fav. However, I saw pork tenderloin and my decision was made. Customized toppings come on the side - I got pickles and onions. Condiments are on the table. The tenderloin was really thick, as was the breading. The tenderloin is bigger than the bun! It was a lot so I tossed about a 1/4 of my sandwich into a box and stuck it in the cooler for leftovers. The tenderloin was good, not the best I've had, but definitely you get your money's worth for under $7! Staff was friendly and she kindly split up the bills for our group.
